Return Policy for Lindsay Kelly Brands LLC

This Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for products and services offered by Lindsay Kelly Brands LLC, including programs and memberships hosted at www.storytobrand.com and other related properties.

All payments will be billed under Lindsay Kelly Brands LLC.

1. Membership Subscriptions (e.g., Creator Circle)
Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your account or by emailing support@lindsaykelly.com. If you are not satisfied with your first month, you may request a full refund within 7 days of initial sign-up. After that, cancellations will stop future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after the initial 7-day trial period. You may cancel at any time to avoid renewal.

2. Digital Courses & One-Time Purchases
For one-time course enrollments or downloadable products (e.g., Story to Brand program, Content to Cash), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. If more than 20% has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be granted.

3. High-Ticket Coaching Programs
All high-ticket coaching or mentorship programs (e.g., Story to Brand Accelerator) include contracts and specific refund terms disclosed at the point of purchase. These supersede general refund terms and are agreed to upon enrollment.

4. Exceptions & Final Sale Items
Certain services or digital offers may be listed as final sale, with no refunds. These terms will be clearly noted at checkout.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email support@lindsaykelly.com with the following:

Full name and email used at checkout

Product or service in question

Date of purchase

Reason for request

Receipt or transaction ID (if available)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy
Lindsay Kelly Brands LLC reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
